Welcome!

Becoming an OARS member is a great way to maximize your donation. In addition to being tax deductible, your annual $30 membership fee covers the cost of your membership packet (received in the mail) and your member services.

OARS is an IRS 501(c) non-profit registered with the Washington State Secretary of State.
