Job Training

  • The Veterans Training Support Center provides continuing educational opportunities and professional development to those who provide direct service to veterans and their family members.
The aim is to raise awareness and understanding on issues specific to veterans such as invisible wounds like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury, and to encourage agency and institution staff to establish promising best practices that will empower this population in their reintegration and pursuit of personal, academic, and meaningful career goals.

  • The Environmental Conservation, Compliance, and Construction (ECCC) Program located at Gray’s Harbor College in Satsop, Washington will prepare you for a position in the hazardous materials (hazmat) industry. Certified workers earn high wages, and have many advancement opportunities to become a field supervisor, safety manager, or laboratory technician. Your Post-9/11 GI Bill Benefits may be used to pay for the cost of the course and eligible housing allowance. View ECCC PDF.
